I wonder if languages really change our brains. Hope so, because otherwise (if we can have only what we were born with) there is little hope for some of us to learn even several languages))
Thanks for the comment, Inna (I hope you're doing fine) I, for one, think any language is capable of doing that. I'd call it a mind change as opposed to "a change of mind" ... lol I believe you can master any language provided you have a definite framework of certain strategies to do so. Well, after all, it's not what you learn* but HOW you learn it. ;)

* by that I mean we can be selective, can't we?
